华标检测技术服务有限公司（以下简称BCT）成立于2003年，是一家公正、独立、专业的第三方检验、测试、认证公司。公司坚持“公正独立、专业准确、优质高效”的方针，服务领域覆盖电子电器产品、玩具及纺织品、食品卫生、等，旨在为外贸企业提供专业的市场准入认证技术服务。
BCT目前有员工200余人，总部深圳，在香港、中山、宁波等地设有办事处，竭力为客户提供优质便捷的服务。目前，BCT已为一万多家中小企业提供产品检验检测、进厂服务、技术咨询等服务。BCT已通过国家中国合格评定国家认可委员会认可（CNAS）实验室认可、和CQC自愿性签约实验室等相关资质，并获得美国消费品安全委员会（CPSC）认可资质。同时，公司经由德国TUV、美国UL、FCC、加拿大IC和日本VCCI等国际机构的认可与授权，长期与这些国际的检测认证机构进行广泛的合作，组成了非常缜密的世界性服务网。我司目前已获得了UL、ETL、TüV Rheinland、TüV PS、SGS、ITS、Nemko、TMICO、SEMKO、IC、VCCI、PSB、FCC、FDA、MEPS、California Energy Commission等机构的认可，并成为他们的目击实验室。目前公司又收购当地一家化学实验室，实验能力得到进一步升级。

BCT is a third party professional testing, inspection and certification institute with notarization and credibility which has both CNAS and CPSC certification. BCT has comprehensive and high level facilities for providing qualified service for local enterprises with international service. After China entering the WTO, BCT has become the synonymous term for regional unfair trade because of its strong technical trade barrier. We are willing to face up the serious challenge with domestic export-oriented enterprises together.
BCT laboratory is built up in full accordance with the international laboratory standards. The quality system goes for ISO/IEC 17025:2005 regulations and achieved the recognition by CNAS, which also reached mutual recognized agreements with other nearly 58 North America and Europe countries. The test report is in line with the international standards and has the international credibility.
