澳利达奈德制药有限公司（ALDNED）为集团的核心生产企业。公司由德国保尔工程公司和中国天辰化学公司按照进行设计，厂区三面农田环绕，空气清新，无污染源，占地面积10万平方米，建筑面积3.5万平方米，内部规划新颖独特，结构科学合理，是目前亚洲地区规模较大、标准较高的新型制药企业。公司现有软胶囊剂、缓释微丸剂、冻干粉针剂、水针剂、颗粒剂、片剂、硬胶囊剂、丸剂和口服液剂及化学合成车间。正在筹建喷雾剂、软膏剂和发酵合成车间。发酵合成车间主要以发酵法生产L-谷氨酰胺，用于施林（复方L-谷氨酰胺）的生产，以上二个剂型和一个车间的工艺布局已在设计中。公司主要有奥迈必利缓释微丸、奥地迈尔缓释微丸、施林、奥力保克、考夫克、牛黄清感胶囊等近百个产品，获得国家发明专利和国内生产的品种9个。缓释微丸技术已成为公司的主导技术，该技术具有给药次数少，毒副作用小，保持平稳而有效血药浓度的优势,克服了普通药物普遍存在的峰谷现象,Zui大限度的发挥了疗效。以此技术生产研制的系列缓释微丸产品均为国内首创，属品种。公司年生产软胶囊5亿粒、缓释微丸胶囊3亿粒、冻干粉针2亿支、水针1.5亿支、颗粒剂10亿袋、片剂10亿片、硬胶囊10亿粒。公司生产、检验设备先进，其中，FL-120沸腾干燥制粒机、DPH-200包装联动生产线等主要生产设备均达到国际先进水平。
澳利达哈尔滨药物研究所承担着集团的药品研发工作。科研力量雄厚，研发人员中现有博士学位7人，硕士学位12人，主任药师7人。检验设备精密、先进。几年来，相继开发上市了复方谷氨酰胺颗粒、奥迈必利缓释微丸、牛黄清感胶囊等近30多个品种。其中别嘌醇缓释微丸获得黑龙江省科技进步一等奖，复方谷氨酰胺颗粒获得黑龙江省医药行业协会科技进步一等奖，牛黄清感胶囊获得国家药物组方发明专利。缓释微丸项目被国家发改委列为高新技术产业发展专项。近年来，药物研究所的主要研究方向一是中药现代化的研究，二是开发缓释微丸技术，三是五味子产业化的研究，并均取得了理想的经济效益和社会效益。
