西安红旗混凝土外加剂厂创建于1991年，是陕西省第一家混凝土外加剂专业生产厂。本厂吸收国内外技术,工艺设备先进,管理严格,各类混凝土外加剂性能均达修订GB8076-1997规定的一等品指标。1992年通过省级投产鉴定，FD防冻剂、ZQ早强减水剂曾获93国家科委“星火计划”成果金奖和奖，1994年被省建设厅列为冬期施工推荐产品，1995年被全国化学建设用户委员会评为信得过产品，1998年被中国建筑业协会化学建材用户委员会评为用户信得过产品，2009年荣获中国监督协会全国市场质量合格用户满意双优单位等。
